Calling all Fans! The Alliance is looking for Moderators to guide the light!

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates for this position:

• Discord is your playground. You know it like the back of your hand.
• You got time to dedicate to lurking in channels
• You know all about the game, and have a passion for sharing it with others
• You can work well in a team, even with different personalities. And you’re not snarky when it comes to knowledge sharing.
• You’re open-minded, careful with your words, and friendly!
• You’re a champion at heart!

TASKS

The Alliance expects the Community Moderator to:

• Encourage discussion, participation, and community joy on Discord
• Service community by answering questions and game inquiries
• Inform the Community manager of notable bugs, discussions, and community needs
• Moderate the forums according to ToS and Wildcard Alliance rules
• Participate actively in improving the Communication processes by reporting issues to the Community Management team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• English
• Additional languages are a plus (optional and can lead to moderating specific channels)
  • Chinese moderators needed ASAP
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
